DMCA Copyright Policy

AmpleTheatre respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, creators, and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), AmpleTheatre has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or distributed on AmpleTheatre in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice including the following information:

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed or disabled was mistakenly taken down or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or Nevada, if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Counter-notifications should be sent to the DMCA Agent listed above.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
AmpleTheatre may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
